Full Job Description

To manage OBA (Out of Box Audit) team and meet requirements of outgoing products.

Excellent Supervisory and leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish/English)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to complete reports

Managing OBA inspectors
Prepare OBA reports
Following OBA failures that arise
Ensure output meets production goal
Organize team for meeting assigned task
