Pay: $19.50
Hours: Mon-Fri 4:00am - 2:30pm (must be flexible to work overtime daily as needed)

Company Overview: We are a meat packaging company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented, and bilingual (English/Spanish) individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Associate. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely flow of products.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
- Operate walkie riders and other material handling equipment safely
- Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments
- Complete and maintain accurate shipping and receiving paperwork
- Serve as a floater to assist in other areas of the facility as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements:
- Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Willingness to work overtime and float to other areas of the facility
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
