Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Food Servers to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and customer satisfaction, ensuring that every guest receives top-notch service. Weekends and Holidays are a must as these are our busiest times with the biggest staffing needs. We are looking to fill shifts on days and nights.
Duties
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or shifts.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and payment transactions.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Handle food safely, following all food handling guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
Skills
- Excellent guest relations skills to foster positive interactions with customers.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of service.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is required.
