The Spirit of the Position:
A Parking Ambassador will create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and clients. Ambassador's will greet the SOFI public in a manner consistent with the LAZ Way, serving as a representative displaying; honesty, integrity, accountability, teamwork, and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
LAZ Responsibilities:

Energetically greet guests with a smile and friendly face as they arrive to park their vehicle or access a shuttle bus.

Assist customers with directions: to designated garages
-
Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.

Occasionally process credit card transactions using LAZ provided electronic equipment.
-
Keep parking location clean – sweeping, picking up trash, emptying trash cans and maintaining parking equipment.

Assist Operations Team with equipment setup & removal.
-
Be in correct LAZ Parking uniform, on time, and ready to work when scheduled.

Work with and without supervision and follow directions of supervisors when requests are made.

Make sure the location is safe by reporting any potentially hazardous conditions to your supervisor or LAZ management.

Other related duties as assigned.
A LAZ Parking Ambassador plays a significant role in the success of the company. They are the first person our clients and customers see upon arrival, and the last person our clients & customers see when they depart. A warm welcome, smiling face, and professional demeanor are of the utmost importance.

Basic Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
