Duties
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget to design customized magical family vacation itineraries.
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities tailored specifically for families.
- Manage all aspects of travel scheduling, ensuring timely confirmations and seamless coordination.
- Communicate proactively with clients throughout the planning process, offering updates and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of client preferences, bookings, and communications to ensure personalized service and repeat business.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the travel industry and hotel/hospitality sectors to offer innovative solutions and options.
