Our dream team is looking for the next great individual to be the newest addition to our sales and management team and help us achieve stellar results for our clients. We have established relationships with some of the nation’s most well-known household names. In this role, you will interact directly with customers to help them explore AT&T wireless and home service options. The AT&T Team Member plays a key part in ensuring new customers understand their choices, complete the enrollment process smoothly, and feel confident about the services they select. Whether assisting someone with their first wireless plan, helping a household upgrade their internet service, or introducing bundled telecom solutions, you will provide clear information and supportive customer service throughout the process.
AT&T Team Member Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective customers to explain AT&T wireless, internet, fiber, and bundled service options in a clear and approachable way
- Assist customers with the enrollment process, ensuring all required information and documentation is completed accurately
- Verify service eligibility and availability for residential and small business customers
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, service selections, and enrollment progress within internal systems
- Provide updates to customers regarding activation timelines and next steps in the setup process
- Answer general questions related to services, account setup, and available features
- Monitor enrollment activity and share feedback with leadership to help improve customer experience and outreach strategies
AT&T Team Member Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, retail, or administrative roles is helpful but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering helpful customer experiences
- Capable of thinking outside the box and problem-solving complex scenarios with little to no supervision

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
