Litigation Attorney - Securities + Consumer Protection
Location: San Diego, CA
Schedule: Hybrid/Onsite (4 days onsite per week)
Compensation: Up to $200,000 + bonus potential
Position Overview
A nationally recognized boutique class action litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its San Diego team. The firm focuses on complex plaintiff-side litigation, including securities class actions, consumer protection, and antitrust matters.
This attorney will work closely with experienced partners on high-impact cases and will have the opportunity to manage matters from inception through resolution.
Responsibilities
Manage litigation matters from start to finish
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Handle depositions and discovery matters
Propound and respond to discovery requests
Make court appearances as needed
Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex litigation strategies
Work closely with a team of securities and class action litigators
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation up to $200,000, depending on experience

Qualifications
2-4 years of litigation experience preferred
Strong legal research and writing skills required
Plaintiff-side litigation experience preferred
Interest in pursuing high-level complex litigation work
Securities litigation experience is a plus
Strong academic background and law school credentials are considered but not required
