Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a positive first impression
- Manage call ahead and walk in guests utilzing our POS system Toast
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest comfort
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
- Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service flow
- Handle guest concerns promptly and courteously, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills
Experience
- Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging with guests and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
