Client Care Coordinator/Sales and Marketing professional $20-$25/hr + commission/mileage
Courtesy City Care, which provides compassionate, non-medical support in Willoughby and across Northeast Ohio, is seeking a Client Care Coordinator/Sales and Marketing Professional to focus on forging meaningful relationships with clients, client families, and referral and community partners across northeast Ohio. This energetic role combines client relationship management with strategic sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring we deliver exceptional home care services to those in need. You will be a vital part of a compassionate team dedicated to improving quality of life through personalized care solutions. Duties
- Act as the main point of contact for client families and referral partners
- Track changes in client needs and update care plans accordingly
- Field incoming scheduling requests, cancellations, and last-minute adjustments, and coordinate with scheduler/office manager to ensure continuity of care
- Keep client records organized, complete, and up to date
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to attract new clients and expand service territories through outside sales efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources to generate business opportunities
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations of our home care services to prospective clients, families, and referral partners
- Manage client accounts effectively to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines
- Lead marketing initiatives including presentations, community events, and digital efforts to enhance agency visibility
- Initiate/close service agreements by demonstrating value and addressing client needs with confidence
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint
Experience
- High school diploma
- 1 year sales experience
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with field-based work and traveling throughout northeast Ohio
- Organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Professional, polished, and reliable with strong follow‑through
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for analysis, reporting, and client communication.
