A leader in the convenience retail industry is hiring a Photo Producer in Dallas, TX, for a full-time, six-month contract position with strong potential to extend. This role will begin onsite 3-4 days per week, with the opportunity for onsite requirements to taper as the producer becomes established.

Photo Producer Requirements:
- Approximately 5 years of production experience; exceptional candidates with three or more years may be considered.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating well-organized, thoughtfully planned photo shoots.
- Experience presenting pre-production decks and communicating production strategy.
- Capture One & Adobe Creative Cloud is a must .
- Full availability for a standard 40-hour work week without conflicting freelance commitments.
Photo Producer Responsibilities:
- Manage photo shoots from pre-production planning through final wrap.
- Develop and present pre-production decks to internal stakeholders.
- Lead onsite production while maintaining a detailed, organized process.
- Coordinate freelance photographers, DITs, and production crews.
- Keep lifestyle and food photography projects on schedule through proactive communication.
