Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool maintenance and cleaning, along with mechanical knowledge to ensure that pools are functioning optimally. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our clients by maintaining swimming pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and inviting.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of residential and commercial swimming pools.
- Inspect pool equipment and systems for proper operation and identify any necessary repairs.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, including chemical balances, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- Communicate with clients regarding the status of their pools and any recommended services or repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while working on-site.
Experience
- Proven experience in pool maintenance and cleaning is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in pool service operations.
- Previous experience as a service technician is a plus but not mandatory.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed.
