- Boutique Assistant + Content Coordinator
We’re looking for a creative, organized, fashion-loving assistant to help bring the day-to-day magic of the boutique to life. This role is perfect for someone who loves styling, content creation, merchandising, and being part of a growing brand.
Immediate responsibilities include:
- Steaming and prepping weekly new arrivals
- Tagging and organizing inventory
- Creating product shots and flat lays
- Assisting with styling ideas and outfit pairings for social media
Responsibilities as needed:
- Merchandising and maintaining boutique presentation
- Helping create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and marketing
- Assisting with launches, weekly drops, and behind-the-scenes tasks
- Supporting pop-up events, markets, and brand growth opportunities as the business expands

The ideal person is:
- Creative with a strong eye for style and aesthetics
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Comfortable taking photos/videos with an iPhone
- Familiar with social media trends and boutique branding
- Positive, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Excited to grow with a fast-moving small business
