Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Working Foreman to lead and supervise construction crews on diverse projects. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate construction crews, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to project plans and specifications
- Read blueprints, and plans.
- Oversee quality control processes, ensuring adherence to safety regulations such as OSHA standards and project quality benchmarks
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve issues promptly and maintain smooth workflow.
- Supervise staff and provide direction and training.
- Proven management experience in construction supervision or as a foreman with a strong background with hands on construction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
