Job Overview

Duties
- Manage all front desk functions, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing procedures
- Lead and motivate front office staff to deliver outstanding guest services with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Oversee night audit processes to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude and swift resolution
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring phone etiquette is professional across multi-line phone systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs efficiently
- Implement hospitality standards to enhance guest relations and ensure compliance with hotel policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, especially at the front desk or guest services department
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including night audit procedures and guest relations strategies
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems and handle high-volume phone interactions professionally
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest records
- Previous experience working in resort or hotel environments preferred
