Starting Pay: $18/hour

We're looking for fun, high-energy, dependable people to join our daytime community-based program serving Davis County.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
This isn't a desk job or a clinical setting — it's 100% community-based. You'll take a small group of 2–3 clients out into the community for activities like bowling, movies, swimming, the zoo, museums, FrontRunner rides, and short hikes. Along the way, you'll help build life skills, confidence, and friendships — theirs and yours.
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Part-time, 3–4 days a week
- Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- No weekend work
- Days vary Monday–Friday, always within daytime hours
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support adults with disabilities during community outings
- Build positive, respectful relationships with the people you work with
- Safely transport 1–3 clients using your personal vehicle
- Support daily living skills — communication, safety awareness, social skills, and personal care as needed
- Follow individualized care plans, behavior support plans, and life skills goals
- Encourage independence and meaningful community involvement
- Notice and respond to changes in clients' health, behavior, or well-being
- Actively participate in the day's activities and outings (not just supervise from the sidelines)
- Keep accurate documentation — attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and reports per Imber Services policy
Qualifications
- 20 years or older
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Clean driving record (details available on request)
- Able to obtain First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire
- No experience required — training provided
