We seek an enthusiastic individual for a Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter position at our office in Independence, OH. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $40,000
Duties or responsibilities would include:
- Recruiting
- Interviewing
- Screening candidates, including pre-employment drug tests & background checks
- Employee Orientations and Coaching
- Safety training
- Attendance tracking
- Processing Payroll/Deductions
- Client Communication
- On-Site Client Check-Ins
- Problem Solving Issues
- General Office Duties
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic personality
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Must be able to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
- Undergraduate degree (or pursuing) is preferred
