We are currently seeking a Maintenance / Engineer to join our team!
Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

Estimate time and extent of repairs

Perform routine preventive maintenance

Maintain material and supply inventory
-
Be ready and quick with your knowledge and experience to ensure guest safety and comfort and a safe environment critical to fellow associates.

Great team player / assisting with other departments
-
Maintain Records and logs (experience using Quore will be a plus)
-
Respond swiftly and effectively to every emergency that arises during your shift.
-
Respond swiftly and effectively to every crisis that occurs while on call.
-
Help keep the mechanical areas safe, orderly, and clean and maintain legible, orderly records
-
Cleaning the pool
-
Previous Hotel / Apartment experience is a plus
-
Provide shuttle service to our guests when needed during your shift.

Be prepared to complete special projects whenever asked
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
-
Good understanding of wall painting and drywall repair
-
Basic knowledge of electrical repair and fixture installation
-
Familiarity with AC, HVAC, and PTACs
-
Must have a good understanding of outdoor Pool functions and maintenance
-
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
-
Experience with Grounds upkeep
-
Ability to handle a physically demanding workload

Deadline and detail-oriented
-
Able to use a PC and Tablet
-
Must be able to be on-call after hours when needed
-
Experience With Quore Maintenance System is a plus
