PAY: $44-$54/hour + monthly performance bonuses | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM | On-call rotation
Lead the most complex commercial service calls.
Mason Pro Services is hiring an advanced commercial technician to handle everyday service work and the most difficult diagnostic calls across large and specialized HVAC systems.

Handle commercial PMs, no-cool/no-heat calls, inspections, repairs and customer communication

Diagnose and repair package and split systems up to 100 tons, plus VRF, VFD, boilers, cooling towers, pumps and chillers
-
Resolve intermittent faults, communication issues, nuisance lockouts, complex controls and difficult hydronic problems

Perform advanced testing including combustion analysis, isolation testing, building-pressure diagnostics and airflow measurement

Complete detailed documentation, own high-impact callbacks, mentor technicians and participate in the on-call rotation

8+ years of commercial HVAC service experience with top-tier diagnostic ability
-
EPA 608 Universal certification
-
Demonstrated experience with large commercial equipment, controls, hydronics and complex electrical systems

Valid driver's license and a safe driving record

NATE Core + Specialty preferred; VRF, chiller, boiler and controls certifications are highly valued
