Rick Case Automotive is seeking an Experienced Service Warranty Administrator!

Duties:
- Process warranty claims and ensure accurate and timely submission
- Review warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Communicate with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding warranty claims
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including documentation and correspondence
- Coordinate with service technicians to gather necessary information for warranty claims
- Assist in resolving any warranty claim disputes or issues
- Provide support and guidance to customers regarding warranty coverage and claim process
- Verify criteria required by factory or distributor
Qualifications:
- · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- · Knowledge of automotive or equipment warranties is a plus
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
- Good Computer skills
- Ability to operate calculator, computer, and other general office equipment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
- Must have good phone skills
- Experience in a dealership setting
