About the Role:
As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with our occupational therapists to provide high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized occupational therapy plans
Providing direct care to residents, including exercises, activities, and therapies
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and care
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for all residents
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in the state of Missouri
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents with mobility and other physical needs
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
