Midcon Exteriors is expanding in Springfield and we’re hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Door-to-Door Roofing Canvassing Team. If you enjoy talking to people, working outdoors, and want uncapped commission potential, this is the perfect role. No experience required — we provide full training.
What You’ll Do
- Door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods to generate roofing leads
- Speak with homeowners about roof inspections, storm damage, and home exterior needs
- Schedule appointments for our roofing inspectors
- Represent Midcon Exteriors with professionalism, confidence, and energy
Pay & Benefits (Uncapped Earnings)
- $50 guaranteed daily base pay
- $40 per inspection set (appointment booked and completed)
- 1% commission on any roofing project sold from your lead
Example Daily Earnings:
Set 3 inspections → $50 + $120 = $170/day
One sells for $12,000 → add $120
Total = $290 in one day
