Mitchell Financial Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and energetic Client Event and Office Coordinator to join our staff. Please note: This position requires attendance at approximately 20-25 evening dinner seminar and client events per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute client seminars and special events from start to finish
- Create and organize marketing materials for seminars and client events
- Schedule appointments for new clients and follow up with prospective clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting clients, answering phones, and ensuring every visitor receives exceptional customer service
- Manage supervisor’s calendar and appointments efficiently
- Track sales, expenses, and new business activity using Microsoft Excel
- Enter, organize, and maintain accurate client information and documents within the company database
- Prepare office materials, including copying, printing, labeling, and organizing documents
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office, ensuring conference rooms and common areas are fully stocked and ready each day
- Assist with additional administrative and client service responsibilities as needed
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of proven work experience in an office, administrative, hospitality or fast-paced customer service environment
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain a high level of professionalism (demeanor and appearance)
- High school diploma

This job offers 50% paid health insurance after 60 days of employment. We do offer a company 401K and will match up to 4%. Eligible after 6 months of employment.
