Duties
- Resolve support tickets, and escalate when needed
- Troubleshoot hardware issues across desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and everyday office software issues
- Set up and deploy new desktops and laptops
- Track and maintain hardware inventory
Skills
- 0–2 years of IT support experience, CompTIA A+ is a plus
- Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and common office software
- Comfort troubleshooting hardware, basic networking (Wi-Fi, printers, connectivity), and everyday user issues
- Clear communication and patience with non-technical staff
- Organized and reliable
- Willing to learn and to ask questions
