Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Assistant (Technology-Focused)

You will guide patients from their first phone call through ongoing treatment while ensuring every patient receives an outstanding experience.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Room patients
- Obtain vital signs
- Perform blood draws (venipuncture)
- Perform EKGs
- Administer injections (within scope)
- Assist providers during patient visits
- Educate patients on treatment plans
- Maintain treatment rooms
- Help manage medical inventory
Patient Experience & Practice Growth
You'll play a major role in helping our clinic grow.
Responsibilities include:
- Educating patients on our services
- Explaining treatment options
- Discussing memberships and pricing
- Helping patients choose appropriate treatment plans
- Following up with prospective patients
- Building long-term patient relationships
- Improving patient retention
- Providing an exceptional patient experience from start to finish

Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage provider schedules within Zenoti
- Answer phones, texts, and emails professionally
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Coordinate patient follow-up
- Track projects and assigned tasks
- Maintain inventory
- Ensure no patient or task falls through the cracks
- Keep the clinic organized and running efficiently
Technology Is a Core Part of This Position
Technology is central to how we operate.
You should genuinely enjoy learning new software and using technology to improve efficiency.
Daily systems include:
- Zenoti EMR
- Smartsheet
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft OneDrive
- ChatGPT
- AI productivity tools
Strong computer skills are required.
If learning new technology frustrates you, this position probably isn't a good fit.

Qualifications
Preferred qualifications:
- Medical Assistant certification (or equivalent experience)
- Venipuncture experience
- EKG experience
- Medical office experience
- Med Spa, Weight Loss, Plastic Surgery, or Aesthetic experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong sales aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Successful candidates are comfortable:
- Managing 20+ patient interactions per day
- Answering phones while greeting patients
- Switching between multiple software programs

- Working independently without constant supervision

Compensation
$20–$26 per hour total earning potential (base pay plus performance incentives, commissions, and tips), depending on experience and performance.
