The Path: Trainee to Licensed LO
You'll work directly with a dedicated Training Director who runs you through a structured program: mortgage education, industry fundamentals, our systems, our products, and intensive prep for the NMLS SAFE Act licensing exam. When you're ready, you'll sit for the exam. Pass it, and you transition into a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer role with uncapped commission.
(Per regulation, trainees do not originate loans or perform licensed loan activity until fully licensed.)

What You Need
- Reliable, full-time availability Monday–Friday, on-site in Dallas, TX
- Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone

Compensation & Schedule
- $15.00/hour during training
- Uncapped commission once licensed
- Typical first-year licensed LO earnings: $75,000–$150,000+
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch)
