We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented part-time administrative assistant to support our tax practice and provide occasional reception coverage in our financial services office. This is a year-round, in-office position with a focus on clerical support, organization, and client service for the tax practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative and clerical support for our tax preparation team
- Assist with organizing tax documents, client files, and correspondence
- Enter and maintain client information in office systems
- Prepare documents, scan, copy, and assist with general office tasks
- Answer phones, greet clients, and provide reception coverage as needed
- Schedule appointments and assist with client communications
- Support day-to-day office operations and special projects
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional and friendly communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential client information with discretion
- Comfortable working with computers and office software, including Excel
- Prior administrative, office, tax, accounting, or financial services experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
