Process orders and returns and handle expedited shipping for customers.

Establish, develop, and maintain excellent working relationships with customers, suppliers, and co-workers.

Project a positive, professional image of the company in all communications with customers, vendors, and suppliers.

Respond promptly to customer requests by providing accurate and thorough price quotations and product information and assisting with placing orders.

Maintain product knowledge to meet customer needs adequately and efficiently.

Build rapport with customers with timely follow-up.

Assess customer needs by reviewing blueprints and materials bills and asking pertinent questions to define product needs, delivery dates, and budgeting expectations.

Offer add-ons and up-sell products that may benefit the customer; suggest alternative products when requested products are unavailable.

Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers.
