Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for social media clients
- Create and present content strategies and campaign plans
- Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain proactive, professional communication to support client satisfaction
- Boost client posts as needed
- Conduct client outreach in Facebook community groups as needed
- Onboard new clients and take ownership of strategy and content creation
- Create and execute content plans alongside the Photographer/Videographer
- Ensure content aligns with strategic direction, brand identity, and campaign goals
- Coordinate with the Photographer to ensure visual assets meet the content plan
- Develop and deliver performance reports for client accounts
- Analyze data to guide future strategic direction and demonstrate ROI
- Work with the General Manager to improve workflows and tools
- Identify and implement strategies for increased efficiency and scalability
