Harbor Halo Workforce Solutions is seeking dependable, detail-oriented General Cleaners to join our growing team. We provide residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, and event cleaning services throughout Metro Atlanta.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up on time, and understand that a clean environment makes a difference in the lives of our clients, residents, and community partners.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, offices, and common spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces according to company standards.
- Clean appliances, countertops, cabinets, windows, mirrors, and fixtures.
- Remove trash and replace liners.
- Perform laundry duties when required.
- Complete deep cleaning and special cleaning projects as assigned.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or property damage to management.
- Properly use and store cleaning products and equipment.
- Follow company safety procedures and sanitation standards.
- Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with residents, clients, and team members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, hotel, Airbnb, residential, or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Experience with move-in/move-out cleaning and occupied residential homes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the workday.
- Reliable transportation preferred.

Independent Contractor Position
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, transportation, and work-related expenses. Assignments are offered on an as-needed basis and may vary depending on client demand and scheduling needs. Hours vary based on client demand and assignment availability.
