Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team during peak seasons. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service, assist with product demonstrations, and support daily store operations. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about retail sales, possess strong communication skills, and enjoy engaging with diverse customers to create a positive shopping experience.
Operated cash registers and processed cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately. Assisted customers with product selection, pricing inquiries, and returns/exchanges. Maintained accurate cash drawer balances and completed end-of-shift reconciliations. Stocked shelves, organized merchandise, and maintained store cleanliness. Assisted with inventory counts and restocking activities. Resolved customer concerns professionally and escalated issues when necessary. Promoted store loyalty programs, sales promotions, and special offers. Followed company policies regarding cash handling, safety, and customer service standards
