Our client is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational performance and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze plant performance metrics, including OEE, yield, capacity, and losses, to identify improvement opportunities and key performance gaps
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing throughput, productivity, and material utilization
- Apply Lean manufacturing tools and methodologies to improve processes, eliminate recurring issues, and sustain operational improvements
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to prioritize high-impact projects and drive execution on the plant floor
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience in Continuous Improvement or related field
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm
- Excel and Power BI knowledge
