Job Summary

As a Early Education Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills through engaging lesson plans and effective behavior management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, physical education, and overall child welfare.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages communication and interaction among children.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students.
- Conduct standardized testing as required to assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's development and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior.
- Create an inclusive environment that accommodates diverse learning styles and needs.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of early childhood education best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred or CDA but not mandatory.
- Experience working in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies for fostering positive interactions among young children.
- Familiarity with literacy education practices and the ability to implement them in lesson planning.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth in a private school setting is essential.
- Ability to create engaging physical education activities that promote health and wellness among preschoolers.
