Jake’s Heating, Air & Plumbing is hiring a Comfort Advisor who knows how to walk into a home, build trust fast, and actually close deals. If you’re tired of capped income and want to control what you make, this is where you do it.

What you’ll do
- Run in home HVAC sales appointments with qualified leads
- Talk with homeowners, figure out their needs, and recommend real solutions
- Build estimates for system replacements and upgrades
- Close deals and follow through so customers stay taken care of
- Work closely with install and service teams to keep jobs smooth
- Stay organized and track everything in our CRM
What you need
- Proven sales experience you know how to close
- HVAC knowledge is a big plus but not a deal breaker
- Strong communication skills and confidence in front of customers
- Self driven mindset no one is chasing you to perform
- Willingness to work evenings or weekends when needed
- Valid driver’s license
