Part-Time Telehealth Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Guaranteed 20, 25, or 30 hours per week
Pay: $38–$43 per hour, based on experience
RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Telehealth Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to provide virtual weight-management and lifestyle counseling for a specialty medical practice focused on improving cardiometabolic health.
This is a fully remote position with guaranteed weekly hours that are not dependent on patient volume.

Responsibilities
- Provide medical nutrition therapy, weight-management counseling, and lifestyle coaching through video, telephone, and secure messaging
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess nutritional needs and develop individualized nutrition and behavior-change plans
- Support patients managing obesity and related cardiometabolic conditions as part of a physician-led care team
- Educate and support patients using anti-obesity medications in accordance with established clinical protocols
- Assist patients with medication adherence, lifestyle changes, and symptom reporting while escalating clinical concerns to the appropriate medical provider
- Participate in remote patient monitoring using connected devices such as scales, blood glucose meters, and blood pressure monitors
- Use motivational interviewing and patient-centered counseling techniques to support sustainable health outcomes
- Maintain complete and timely documentation in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in dietetics, nutrition, or a related field from an accredited program
- Active registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Current state licensure or certification, where required
- Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
- At least two years of experience in outpatient nutrition, weight management, cardiometabolic health, or a related setting preferred
- Comfortable using electronic health records, telehealth platforms, and digital health technology
- Ability to maintain a private, professional, and HIPAA-compliant home workspace
- Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist certification preferred
- Evening and Saturday availability preferred
