MDR Encino Pharmacy is looking for a talented and motivated HR Coordinator to join our team. What You Will Do
As an HR Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department at MDR. Teamwork and an up-tempo work pace are common themes at MDR. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Manager and HR Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, employee records, compliance initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist with job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, pre-employment processes, and onboarding activities to support timely hiring efforts.
- Employee Records Administration:
- Maintain employee personnel files, process HR documentation, ensure accurate recordkeeping, and assist with document management in HR systems and physical files.
- HR Compliance Support:
- Assist with maintaining compliance-related records, tracking required training and certifications, preparing documentation for audits, and supporting annual compliance initiatives.
Benefits and Leave Administration Support:
Assist employees with basic benefits and leave-related inquiries, support enrollment activities, maintain documentation, and coordinate with the HR team regarding employee benefit and leave administration.
- HRIS and Data Management:
- Maintain employee information within HR systems, assist with data entry, reporting, document uploads, and ensure accuracy of employee records.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, scanning, correspondence, scheduling meetings, coordinating employee communications, and supporting HR projects and events.
Skills/Qualities
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- 1-3 years of Human Resources, administrative, recruiting, or related office experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills – written, spoken, and listening.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player who contributes to a friendly and inclusive work environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of UKG Ready or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
