Lawn Care Crew Leader
We're Hiring a Leader, Not Just Someone Who Can Run a Mower.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, pays attention to details, and isn't afraid to lead a crew. If you're the type of person who notices problems before someone else has to point them out, you'll fit in well here.
This is not a position where you simply show up, mow grass, and go home. You're responsible for making sure the crew completes every property correctly, safely, and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a lawn care crew throughout the day.
- Read and understand daily job notes before arriving at each property.
- Verify addresses and ensure the crew is at the correct location before beginning work.
- Communicate clearly with crew members and assign work efficiently.
- Hold crew members accountable for the quality and pace of their work.
- Correct poor performance on the spot instead of ignoring it.
- Perform quality checks before leaving every property.
- Maintain equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Represent the company professionally with customers at all times.
We're Looking For Someone Who:

- Double-checks addresses instead of assuming they're at the right property.
- Speaks up when something isn't being done correctly.
- Can coach employees who need direction and address poor performance when necessary.
- Takes pride in producing quality work.

- Works efficiently without cutting corners.
- Can solve problems without waiting for someone else to make every decision.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience leading a lawn care or landscaping crew preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.24 per hour
