Skinetica Med Spa is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator to join our team and provide an exceptional experience for every client. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about skincare and beauty.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and provide outstanding customer service.
- Handle client check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Assist clients with questions and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and client accounts.
- Coordinate with providers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with administrative duties and appointment confirmations as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred, with proficiency in at least two languages.
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and scheduling software.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Must be flexible and available to work weekends as needed.
- Passion for skincare, wellness, and the beauty industry.
