Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (Senior SDR) in Northern State or NAM area to join our dynamic and growing team. The Senior SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, driving sales opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth of Athena Security.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, to generate leads and qualify prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales approaches.
- Use CRM software to track and manage leads, activities, and opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for lead generation and qualification.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Passion for security and technology is a bonus.
- Pass a pre-employment background check
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 - $150,000
