Local Richmond/Katy business owner seeking a dependable, organized part-time admin assistant. This is a hybrid role: you'll come into my office once a week (about 2 to 3 hours) to sort and organize incoming mail, with the rest of your hours handled remotely on a flexible schedule.
My biggest need right now is simple: my mail is piling up and I need someone to build a system and keep it under control. Beyond that, expect light personal and office admin tasks. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, professional, discreet with sensitive documents
- Able to commit to a consistent weekly office visit
Job type: Part-time (up to 10 hrs/week), 1099 contractor, $20/hr.
