Peculier Brewing Company is looking for a hard-working, organized, beer-loving individual to help oversee over warehouse operations at our Fort Collins production facility. This role manages packaged beer inventory, operates a forklift to stage orders for distributor pickup, and delivers beer to our Windsor taproom. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, highly organized, and comfortable working independently.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee accurate packaged beer inventory
- Operate a forklift to move packaged beer throughout the brewery
- Load and unload packaged beer using a forklift, pallet jack, keg dolly, and manual handling techniques
- Pull accurate packaged beer for distributor pickup orders
- Pull accurate packaged beer for delivery to the Windsor taproom, per supervisor direction
- Reload the walk-in refrigerator weekly
- Stack, rotate, and organize packaged beer according to the production schedule and FIFO practices
- Load and drive a company van to deliver packaged beer to the Windsor taproom
- Unload and stage packaged beer in the Windsor taproom's walk-in refrigerator
- Transport spent keg shells from Windsor back to the Fort Collins facility
- Occasionally drive a company van to pick up raw materials, including trips as far as Denver
- Communicate with supervisors on what is delivered to Windsor and how upcoming beer releases will be staged
- Maintain organized, clean storage and working areas
- Track inventory of other raw materials
- Support general brewery operations as needed
Qualifications
- Brewery experience preferred but not required
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills and basic Google Sheets proficiency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with record keeping and inventory management
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and carry up to 55 pounds
- Frequently lift and stack half-barrel kegs (approximately 160 pounds) using proper lifting technique
- Frequently push and pull half-barrel kegs with a keg dolly
- Frequently push and pull full pallets of kegs and cans with a pallet jack
- Frequently lift half-barrel kegs onto pallets using proper lifting technique
- Stand, walk, bend, squat, and work in refrigerated areas for extended periods
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Schedule
- 15–20 hours per week
- Tuesday and Wednesday availability required
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly beer allotment (one complimentary 6-pack or 4-pack).

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
