1. Welcoming and providing with personalized service to all guests.
2. Adheres to all recipes, methods and direction per Brand standards and direction from the general manager.
3. Ensures the food prepared is of the highest quality
4. Checks food and storage area temperatures twice a day, records the temperatures on the log sheet and notifies maintenance of any issues
5. Maintains an organized and efficient production flow of buffet
6. Is responsible for the kitchen area’s cleanliness and sanitation, according but not limited to
Brand standards and local Health Codes.
7. Places kitchen food and supplies orders per schedule, checks in all kitchen orders and ensure the accuracy of the supplier invoices as to the quantity and quality of products received.
8. Ensure the safety of our guest’s property assets; never open door for guest’s who forgot
their key (redirect them back to the front desk)
