Avid Hotel Staunton in Staunton, VA is looking for one general manager to join our 13 person strong team. We are located on 62 Sangers Lane. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily business operations
- Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed, scheduling
- Maintain excellent customer service & customer reviews
- Manage profit and loss figures
- Communication with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Training and hiring new employee in all department.
- Flexibility to work when someone calls in and work 2 to 3 days on front desk.
- Check rooms, walk the property, check all storage rooms
- Inventory control
Qualifications

3 Years hotel management experience. IHG experience preferred.
- Salary per year $42,000.00 to $45,000.00
Must have IHG experience & Hotel key system

- Dependable ,Hard working .
