Responsibilities
- Erect metal buildings with precision, following detailed schematics and technical drawings
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to ensure durable and high-quality structures
- Manage various aspects of construction site operations, including heavy lifting and equipment operation
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution
- Execute framing, drywall, siding, roofing, and trim carpentry tasks with attention to detail
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for masonry, woodworking, plastering, and other trades
- Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and perform basic math calculations for precise cuts and placements
- Coordinate with team members on remodeling and restoration projects to meet project deadlines
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to protocols during heavy equipment operation and construction activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, or related construction fields
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety procedures
- Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, framing carpentry, drywall installation, and siding work
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and dimensional measurements
- Experience with heavy equipment operation is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
