Region Home Therapy is actively seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech Languages Pathologist (SLP), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to join our growing rehabilitation network.
As a trusted rehabilitation staffing agency, we partner with home care agencies and healthcare organizations throughout New York to provide exceptional therapy services. We are currently hiring clinicians to deliver in-home therapy services to pediatric and adult patients, including individuals with developmental disabilities, neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, chronic illnesses, and other special needs.
Our clinicians play a vital role in helping patients maximize independence, improve mobility and function, and enhance their overall quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care delivered in the comfort of their homes.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide skilled in-home therapy services based on physician referrals and individualized treatment plans.
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and establish measurable treatment goals (PT/OT/SLP).
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, self-care, and daily living skills.
- Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety techniques, and adaptive strategies.
- Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain compliance with New York State regulations, payer requirements, and agency policies.

Qualifications
- Current New York State license in your respective discipline (PT, OT, PTA, or COTA)
- Minimum of one (6 months) of clinical experience preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Reliable transportation for travel to patient homes
This is a a 1099 Contracted rate. Not W-2.
