A dynamic and fast-growing, veteran-owned Residential Heating and Cooling Company is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our close-nit team of HVAC professionals!
If you have a strong work ethic, do what it takes attitude, sales experience and a minimum of 1 year experience then this is the role for you. This is a year-round position in a fast-paced environment. We have state-of-the-art technology systems - leave paper invoices in the past!
Admin / Correspondence
- Respond to technician messages and close out calls as they finish them
- Open each closed call to verify that invoice, quote, and payment has all been entered correctly. - correct as needed
- Finalize work orders that have credit card payments or zero balance due
Scheduling
- Review day-of dispatch board each morning – notate where calls can fill in or adjustments can be made
- Dispatch calls to technicians based on skill set and geographical location
- Identify if a call requires a follow up visit to replace parts and verify parts request submitted by technician.
- Communicate to technicians when follow up calls are scheduled & if parts need to be picked up
- Follow up with distributors when parts ordered and coming from different location
- Track parts replaced under warranty in appropriate tracker
- Coordinate with Dusti to scheduled ductwork and unit warranty replacements
- Dispatching duct cleaning / insulation / Aeroseal drywall as required
Customer Service
- Reaching out to homeowners if they do not answer tech calls when heading to home or when technician is running behind
- Rescheduling homeowners that need to reschedule or have cancelled
- Print off and mailing physical invoices when requested by homeowner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
