Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving guests, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all patrons. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or requests
- Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and payment transactions
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures
- Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation to enhance guest experience
- Understand basic order taking skills and restaurant hospitality.
Skills
- Proficient in Aloha POS or Micros POS systems
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Excellent sales skills to promote menu items and increase revenue
- Previous fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
