We’re looking for a friendly, organized Receptionist/Support Staff to be the first point of contact for our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and compassion
- Answer and route phone calls efficiently
- Schedule appointments and notify clinical staff of arrivals
- Assist with basic office tasks (faxing, copying, documentation)
- Support medication coordination and prior authorizations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming front office environment
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of receptionist or office experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
