- Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate muscle tension and pain

- Educate clients on self-care techniques, occupational health practices, and pain management strategies
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and relevant medical terminology in compliance with clinic standards
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care plans when necessary
- Stay current with industry best practices, physiology knowledge, and new massage techniques to continually enhance service quality
Requirements
- Proven experience in patient service with strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and occupational health principles
- Skilled in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy
- Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Prior med spa or wellness center experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively on pain management and self-care strategies
