Join our dynamic legal team as a Trust Administration & Probate Associate Attorney, where you'll play a vital role in guiding clients through complex estate and trust matters with confidence and clarity. Responsibilities:
· Draft, review, edit Accounting, Probate, and Conservatorship Petitions, Ex Parte. Applications, and other pleadings in the area of Probate Law.
· Oversee Trust Administrations, Probate cases and Conservatorship cases from inception to closure of the case.
· Review Probate Notes and Tentative Rulings.
· Appear at hearings.
· Collaborate with Partners and Associate Attorneys to ensure case progress.
· Delegate work to Paralegals, secretaries, and other clerical staff and monitor their work.
· Lead and participate in Initial consultations and client meetings.
Qualifications:
· Active/Licensed attorney in good standing with the CA State Bar.
· Minimum 3 years of experience.
· Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail, highly organized and able to handle multiple cases.
· Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel) as well as Adobe Acrobat.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
