We are seeking a Human Resources Admin at our corporate office in Oldsmar, Florida, with amazing opportunities to learn, grow and advance your HR career.
Job Duties:
· Full-cycle recruiting via Indeed- reviewing resumes/applications, coordinate initial phone screen, and if warranted, schedule face-to-face interview with hiring manager
· Onboarding/Offboarding-
· Onboarding- New Employee Orientation (NEO) in person and virtually (for employees out of state), to include review of paperwork for accuracy, submission to EVerify, creating personnel files, etc.
· Offboarding- Separation of Employment, collecting all company property, moving all files to separate area
· Maintain Form I9 binders
· Foster effective relationships between various departments
· Worker’s Compensation- Submissions, OSHA recording (if necessary), maintain files, follow up with WC brokers and employee to ensure no appointments are missed, etc.
· Warehouse presence is required to build a rapport and trust amongst the team
· Weekly check-ins with new hires and provide feedback to HR Director
· Data Entry- Job ads, timecard edits partnering with ADP, benefits through UHC
· Mail Processing- sending payroll checks weekly (if applicable), opening and scanning pertinent mail to HR for immediate response to time sensitive items

Experience Required:
· 1 year in Human Resources
· High School Diploma
Schedule:
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
